Licensed Professional Counselor, Dance/Movement Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional
When life feels overwhelming – whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, self-doubt, major life changes, or relationship challenges – I'm here to help you find your way through. As your therapist, I create a space where you can feel truly heard and supported in your healing journey.

I know it takes real courage to reach out for therapy. In our work together, we'll blend thoughtful conversation with body-centered techniques drawn from my training in dance/movement therapy, yoga, Authentic Movement, and mindfulness practices, tailored to what works best for you. I'll meet you as a whole person, honoring your strengths, cultural background, and your personal history.
I've seen how our emotional struggles often show up physically – as tension, exhaustion, or pain – while our physical sensations deeply influence how we think and feel. By working with both, the mind and body, we address all of you, not just isolated symptoms. This approach helps us reach layers of experience and wisdom stored in your body, beyond what we can access through talking alone.

Connecting with your body's wisdom opens pathways to healing that might surprise you. Your body carries intuitive knowledge about what you need, where your boundaries are, and who you truly are – wisdom that your thinking mind might have lost touch with. As we gently tune into these internal signals, you'll discover your own inner guidance for healing.

Together, we'll rebuild the connection between your mind and body, develop ways to manage overwhelming emotions, reduce stress, and improve your relationships. I deeply believe in your natural ability to heal and thrive when connected in mind and body. I will meet you where you are, empowering you to achieve your personal goals with warmth, caring attention, and no judgment. I look forward to joining you on your journey of recovery, wellness, and healing.
