Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, grief/loss, self doubt or a difficult life transition? Are your relationships suffering? Are you tired of wondering what life would be like if you addressed (fill in the blank)? Are you feeling stuck and don’t know how to move forward? Are you seeking more balance in your life?  I am here to help. Therapy can be a safe place to feel heard, understood, to build tools to cope with life, break challenging cycles and find ways to heal and thrive. You don’t have to do this alone.

As your therapist, I hold with deep respect and appreciation the unique role I play in your life. I know it takes a great deal of courage to start therapy and how necessary it is to find the right fit.  I provide a welcoming environment where you feel safe, trusting and open to be yourself. My approach is warm, attentive, caring and nonjudgmental.

In our sessions you can expect an eclectic and personalized treatment approach using talk therapy combined with my skills in somatic and expressive therapies, mindfulness-based practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My therapy orientation is person-centered, strengths based, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed.

I will meet you where you are, empowering you to achieve your personal goals. I believe therapy has a positive impact on restoring the mind-body connection, increasing your emotional regulation, managing stress, and improving your relationships. I trust every person has the innate ability to heal and thrive when we connect in mind and body. I look forward to joining you on your journey of recovery, wellness, and healing.
